Check your web browser (Netscape or Internet Explorer) to see if it is version 3.0 or later. If not, to obtain a current version of Netscape click here and of Internet Explorer click here.

Versions 4.0 and later operate more simply. If your web browser is a version 3.x and you are not familiar with downloading files, you may prefer to use the above links to upgrade to a current version of your browser.

Obtaining the text. Follow the instructions for your version of web browser.

In versions 4.0 or later of either Netscape or Internet Explorer, the file will open automatically.
• Click the open or download icon and the file will open. You may view and print the file without downloading it.
• Use the Back button to return to this page.

In versions 3.x of either Netscape or Internet Explorer you will have to enter the instructions to download the file, then open the file on your computer to view and print it.
• Right-click (Windows) or click (Mac OS) the open or download icon, then choose Save Link As from the pop-up menu.
• In the Save As dialog box, specify a name and location for the PDF file, and then click Save.
• Start your Acrobat viewer.
• Choose File, then Open, select the file you saved in step 2, and click Open.
